SPA etiquette
Clothes
Please enter the saunas, the SPA cabins and the swimming area only with your bathrobe and slippers.
Treatments
Treatments can be booked at the SPA or at the reception. Please be at the SPA reception 5 minutes before the appointed time. In order to advise and treat you in the best way, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about any disease or indisposition.
Cancellations/Variations
Our therapists take great care in preparing your treatments. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let other guests the opportunity to be spoilt in our SPA. Therefore we kindly ask you to cancel any treatment 24 hours in advance; otherwise we have to charge 80% of the booked treatment.
Eating/Drinking
Before a treatment and a sauna section we suggest that you drink a lot; however you should not have a heavy meal.
General
The relax rooms are oasis of quietness and peace: please keep silent and do not eat in these areas. Only adults are admitted to the fitness room and to the relax rooms.
